For an accurate design, we require the following:
Lot plan and Address
Drainage plan
Grade changes if applicable
Easement information
Any limiting factors or restrictions
Needs and wants for yard use
Photos of the house and property
Locations of windows, hose bibs, vents from furnace and dryer, downspouts, outdoor electrical outlets, and irrigation box if applicable
Colour preferences and other considerations
Feel free to include a sketch. (This sketch does not have to be to scale)
You will receive; a minimum of 5 images from different angles including at least one nighttime image with lighting, an aerial shot, and one scaled working drawing. You can also request additional pictures if anything is unclear.
Turnaround time is 10 business days from the time all pertinent information is received and the 50% deposit is paid.
